@Sunset_Speedway • INNISFIL, Ontario (August 12, 2015) - On Saturday night at Sunset Speedway, Terry Woodley kept his streak of top-10 finishes going as he would finish eighth in the 25-lap feature.
He started off the night by finishing fifth in his heat to automatically qualify for the feature. He would then finish 11th in the fast qualifier's Dash.
Come feature time, he would draw the second starting spot on the outside of Gerrit Tiemersma, Tiemersma would escape away with the lead, with Woodley falling back to fifth on lap three. Woodley would then fall back two more spots, before avoiding an accident ahead of him with 15 laps to go to run in the sixth spot.
On the restart, defending series champion Brandon McFerran would get by Woodley for sixth spot, bumping him back another spot. There would be another restart with a couple laps to go, in which Woodley would find himself bumped back another spot. As a result, he would cross the finish line in the eighth spot.
For Woodley, it marks his sixth straight top-10 finish, dating back to a trip to Sauble Speedway last month.
